We walk in and out of novels. The real life stories writers come up with (in terms of novels); the stories that writers cook up often reflect our real life. One thing never changes, we're the lead of those stories - we walk in to or walk out of them. I wanna hear your story.

grip.

One can get a good grip on tangible things physically but we can't say the same for intangible stuff. The Abyss ride at Ocean Park Hong Kong sent me thinking that when things get out of control and send you on a roller coaster ride, you cannot get a good grip onto anything external because there is simply nothing you can grip on to; the sudden plunge at the Abyss sends one off the seat, though still securely harnessed, and down for a free fall. The adrenaline rush was addictive. Sky Coaster at the Great Escape this time sent the adrenaline running again. What was different was the fact that you control your free fall, yet similarly you can't grip onto anything but air which slipped through your fingers so essentially there was no external grip. The question is why don't you find an internal grip; a grip onto yourself both mentally (pull yourself together to conquer that ordeal) and physcially (hug yourself or something). Roller coaster rides in life send us off guard and we often want to cling on to external grips to ease that insecurity, sadness or fear within. But those are not solid good grips or rather there are no grips at all. Pull yourself together mentally and brave through those free falls, you'll become a better person.
